Project development

My name is Vitaly Andreev, Ph.D. in Biological Sciences and Associate Professor. At Hill's Pet Nutrition, I held the position of Deputy Head of the Veterinary Channel.

Initially, the project was conceived as a kind of follow-up to reinforce knowledge about the products among new Hill's employees and distributors after in-person seminars or special online courses. However, seeing its effectiveness, we expanded the scope and deepened the content by developing questions of varying complexity for veterinary professionals to highlight the key distinguishing features of dietary feeds. Results
Before the project, the only way to share information about the feeds was through in-person seminars and conference presentations, which did not allow for a wider reach to specialists from different interaction channels.

The total reach exceeded 10,000 people, including all target groups. The main result was an increased level of knowledge about Hill's products. Understanding the composition of the feeds and confidence in their quality made recommendations easier, which led to increased sales and a higher number of recommendations.

I remember that after presenting the game internationally, I came across an online quiz with my questions translated into English, even though no one had contacted me! By the end of 2019, our project won the first-ever YCMAD award in Russia for outstanding achievements at the company level.

Collaborating with Eugene and his team was comfortable: all issues were resolved promptly, updates and adjustments were implemented within reasonable timelines, and the user-friendly navigation of the admin access allowed for effective process management and analysis.
